Processing Times:
Processing time is the time between when you place your order and when we drop off your order with out shipping carrier. Please check each individual item for processing times as they vary based on Ready to Ship & Made to Order. If you need an item by a certain date please reach out to us and we will try to accommodate you.

Canadian Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping throughout Canada!
We use Chit Chats Select shipping - shipping times are between 2-8 business days.
US Shipping
We charge a 10$ flat rate shipping fee for all US locations.
We use Chit Chats US Edge shipping - shipping times are between 3-6 business days
US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by US customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Shipping
This is for all countries excluding US & Canada. Shipping rates vary per country.
We use Chit Chats International Tracked shipping - shipping times are between 4-27 business days

Tracking Information
All shipped orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after your order has shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Adresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
TrueRaveWear is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Package
Once an order has been shipped, TrueRaveWear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items
- We will work with the carrier where possible to assist with resolution
